What constitutes a health lifestyle? How does one get started? This all depends on the individual of course but we have some general tips to get you started.
Tip #1: Limit TV
People watch too much TV. It is a huge time waster and excuse maker for not working out. You’d be amazed to see how much time you would save by just doing that one thing.
Tip #2: Park Far Away
Have you ever driven around and around in circles trying to find a parking spot? How about this, park in the farthest spot possible. Besides getting some extra walking in, you can be sure that no one dings your car with their door!
Tip #3: Take the Steps
Screw the elevator! Take the steps instead.
Tip #4: Eat Your Fruits and Vegatables
You will be amazed at how much better you feel when you limit bread and pasta and instead eat fruit and vegetables. Your body will feel and perform a lot better.
Tip #5: Exercise
This is really a no brainer when trying to be healthy but you need to exercise. Join your local gym. Buy weights for your home. Or just do some calisthenics workouts.
